Transportation for all DC and participants residing in Switzerland

Travel options are: Airplane, bus, train or car.

1) If you wish to take the train, or the car:
You are responsible to get there on time ( boarding 3pm).
Remember we are in Italy ( trafic and road directions are not easy).

2) If you choose the car:
Please let us know when you register, in order for you to be able to get a parking space.

3) If you wish to take the our bus option:
Private buses for chirosuisse will pick you up at the following different areas
(specific pick up location will be announced under the last minute info at least a month prior to departure).

If you choose the bus option, when you register for the cruise, please tell us which one of the following pick up locations you are choosing:

Genève, Lausanne, Fribourg, Martigny, Neuchâtel, Bern, Siders, Basel, Zurich, Luzern, St-Gallen, Chur, Lugano

4) If you travel by airplane (package flight/bus):

From Zurich (SWISS)
Zurich-Milan 9h30-10h20
Milan-Zurich 14h45-15h45

From Geneva (SWISS)
Geneva-Milano 07h55-10h20 (1 stop)
Milano–Geneva 14h45-17h40 (1 stop)

Followed by bus transfert to/from Savona :

Transportation for all DC from Europe or overseas

There will be a flight convention deal with ALITALIA (needs to be confirmed).
Please fly to Milan/Italy (Malpensa-MXP), make sure that arrival flight is prior to 11 am on september 11th, 2008, in order to catch the bus to Savona.

The departure flight is after 3pm on september 16th 2008 in order to allow the bus to arrive to Milan from Savona and allow you enough time for check-in.

Price for bus transfert (Milan-Savona): 100.00 CHF round trip.
When registering for the cruise, please make sure to sign-up for the bus transfert.
