Dr Robert Francis, DC (USA)

Manipulation Under Anesthesia: Current Practice Guidelines and Concepts.

Dr. Francis currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine at University of Texas Medical School. He is former Dean of Texas Chirorpactic College where during the 1980s he obtained hospital medical staff privileges for area chiropractors and developed the first certification course in Manipulation Under Anesthesia for chiropractors. During his tenure at TCC, Dr. Francis also initiated the first hospital clinical rotation programs for chiropractic interns at the Texas Medical Center. He maintains a hospital based practice in Houston area hospitals and surgical centers and continues to teach MUA certification courses internationally.
 


Dr Lisa Killinger, DC (USA)

Dr. Killinger is the Chair of Diagnosis and Radiology at Palmer College of Chiropractic. She has authored and co-authored 5 book chapters and 30 papers in peer-reviewed professional journals, and has made over 100 presentations at scientific and educational conferences. Dr. Killinger teaches Healthy Aging, Gender-Related Health, Case-Study Writing, and Chiropractic Technique courses for students, educators and health professionals.

Dr Lamarche is a graduate of CMCC. His lifelong quest for continuous improvement has lead him to study psychology and the philosophy of success for more than 25 years. He has spoken to audiences thoughout Canada,USA, Mexico, Europe, Australia and the Bahamas. He is the author and co-author of more than 8 books. He is part of postgraduate faculty of Parker Chiropractic College, Texas, since 1990. He has been voted canadian Chiropractor of the Year for 2005-2006. His personal philosophy encompasses mind, body and spirit. He believes in the great importance of commitment and responsability to the world in the which we live.
 


Dr Joyce Miller, BSc, DC, FACO (US), FCC (UK)

Pediatric Essentials for the Chiropractor.

Joyce Miller is an enthusiastic and pragmatic paediatrics lecturer with 20 years private practice experience. Currently Senior Clinic Tutor at Anglo-European Chiropractic Clinic in England, she oversees the busy infant and child practice in the teaching clinic and is the Lead Tutor for the Portsmouth University-AECC Master's Degree in Paediatrics and University of Bournemouth's Master's Degree in Advanced Chiropractic Practice-Paediatrics.
 


Dr Dan Murphy, DC, DABCO (USA)

Dan Murphy graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1978, and has more than 28 years of practice experience. He received his Diplomat in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1986. Since 1982, Dan Murphy has served as part-time undergraduate faculty at Life Chiropractic College West, where he is currently teaching classes to seniors in the Management of Spinal Disorders. Dan Murphy is on the post-graduate faculty of several chiropractic colleges. His classes include whiplash and spinal trauma, neuroimmunology, pediatrics, phospholipids neurobiology and Nutrition.
 


Dr Lindsey Rowe, MD, DC, DACBR (Australia)

Lindsay J. Rowe is a medical and chiropractic radiologist with Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI). Dr. Rowe has more than 25 years experience as a medical doctor, radiologist and internationally renowned chiropractic radiologist, author and educator. He currently holds the positions of adjunct professor at Northwestern Health Sciences University (Minnesota), associate professor in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Newcastle, faculty of medicine (Australia), adjunct professor in Radiology at Murdoch University (Australia), and senior staff specialist radiologist at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
Dr. Rowe has published widely in medical, chiropractic and health literature and was co-author of the text recently released in its third edition: Essentials of Skeletal Radiology. Dr. Rowe is a prolific presenter, ranging from large international congresses, conventions, education programs and government delegations. He conducts imaging workshops and clinical meetings for general medical practitioners and medical specialists, doctors of chiropractic, osteopaths, physiotherapists, nurses and patient interest groups. Dr. Rowe's professional associations include the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Radiologists and the Radiological Society of North America.
